Tom Spradley

Tom is a veteran of Louisiana’s political process, with more than 30 years of legislative experience lobbying several different administrations and legislatures. Throughout this time, he has become known for his expertise in several areas, especially those regarding fiscal matters, workers comp, agriculture, banking, and education. Prior to his lobbying career, Tom served for over ten years in executive and management positions with chambers of commerce in Lake Charles, Shreveport, and New Orleans where he was instrumental in illustrating the need for a proactive approach by the business community to counteract and/or influence legislative matters. He earned the Certified Chamber Executive designation from Texas Christian University and he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Hendrix College in Arkansas.
